In words that potential customers, who know nothing about this business will understand, what is your role?
Among other things, I am the Debt Collector, The Lady that chases the money! My job consists of ordering and entering stock from our suppliers, assisting with the month end reports.
What are your professional strengths in this role?
Hard worker, ability to deal with people, time management & discipline, I am flexible and adaptable to handle change/work. I;m also 2iC to Tina on the finance team, and help with the Accounts team.
Thinking back, what was one job that you did really well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?
I have developed a strong relationship with our customers, allowing me to effectively manage our collections process.
If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfil your role, what would it be?
If Sue has one piece of advice it’s this: “Don’t ignore the accounts lady!”
What do you hope to achieve in your role at Ricky Richards?
I hope to achieve my targets set out for me & ultimately be in a manage role one day!
