My professional strengths would be being able to work in a team, customer service skills, attention to detail and a quick learner
Thinking back, what was one job that you did really well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?
Although I haven’t been here long, hearing the positive feedback from our customers when I have made a difference to their day by going the extra mile is very rewarding
If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfill your role, what would it be?
Time management and multi-tasking is key to a great customer service experience. We need to prioritise our customers and their needs and this sometimes can be overlooked by others
What do you hope to achieve in your role at Ricky Richards?
I hope to expand my customer service experience to ensure the Ricky Richards service is always given to all!
