I am the Customer Service Supervisor

What are your professional strengths in this role?

Juggling different tasks and problems at once! Multi tasking and organisation is key in this department to provide customers with the level of service Ricky Richards is known for.

Thinking back, what was one job that you did really well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?

Although I haven’t been here very long, I have had the experience of dealing with some very lovely customers that have expressed their positive feedback and are very grateful when they are in a tight situation and we have managed to deliver in a very quick turnaround to help them out.

If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfil your role, what would it be?

It’s all about prioritising. Everyone has issues or requests that need to be completed, sometimes it does take a little longer as urgent requests do pop up. A little patience goes a long way!

What do you hope to achieve in your role at Ricky Richards?

I hope I am continuing the customer service experience Ricky Richards is known for. To guide and assist my team to achieve their goals and ensure the customers have a great experience with us.
