In words that potential customers, who know nothing about this business will understand, what is your role?

My role is to develop and maintain sales within the Print Media industry by keeping up to date with industry trends, ensuring our customers are provided with the best possible media solutions for their printing needs with good quality products, great advice and outstanding service

What are your professional strengths in this role?

17 years experience in the Print Media industry, Sound Product Knowledge, Organised, Methodical, Reliable, Dependable and Personable

Thinking back, what was one job that you did really well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?

I guided a customer to outsource part of a print job that was too wide for them to handle. I spoke directly to the printer that could help and organised a sample to printed up ASAP to get to them promptly so they could submit to their client and be given the go ahead for the project quickly and without issue. This has now turned out to be regular ongoing work for both parties involved

If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfil your role, what would it be?

That I always have their best interests in mind
