I am the Customer Service Representative.

My ability to build rapport with our lovely customers.
Thinking back, what was one job that you did really well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?
My time as a piano teacher has helped me to understand that “patience is a virtue”; and that I must handle all issues with professionalism and empathy.
If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfil your role, what would it be?
That we take the time to learn about the specifications of our products.
What do you hope to achieve in your role at Ricky Richards?
My hopes are to grow within this amazing company! I hope to reach new heights in terms of my career. The possibilities are endless at Ricky Richards!
