How long have you been with Ricky Richards?
In words that potential customers, who know nothing about this business will understand, what is your role?
I am a Business Development Manager for a Ricky Richards in Queensland. We specialise in selling fabrics for the blinds and awnings industry. I am actively involved in account management and generating new business by ensuring the highest standards of quality and service is offered to manufacturers along with a strong support of training and marketing to the retail stores within the blinds and awnings industry.
What are your professional strengths in this role?
My determination to succeed along with my friendly personality which contributes to building long term relationships with clients.
Thinking back, what was one job that you did really well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?
My customer needed a roll of fabric for same day delivery. I managed to arrange for them to borrow a roll from another customer of mine and ensured that the roll was replaced within 48 hrs. All parties were extremely happy with the service and ensured their deadline was met.
If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfil your role, what would it be?
I may do things a little differently but my long term results will be successful.
What do you hope to achieve in your role at Ricky Richards?
I hope to achieve continuous growth in Queensland and build a loyal client base that sees value in myself and the products that we offer.
