3B ShellGuard Liner

The 3B ShellGuard Liner is a lightweight, breathable and water-repellent fabric liner designed to protect foam inserts from moisture, mould, mildew, oil and stains. Made from non-PFAS PET fabric, it provides a soft-touch protective barrier while delivering 25–40% greater moisture repellency than the industry standard.

Designed to help reduce foam compression and extend the life of cushions and upholstered products, 3B ShellGuard maintains its performance with minimal strength loss when exposed to UV rays and heat. Its high-strength woven construction provides excellent tear resistance, making it suitable for demanding outdoor, marine, commercial and residential applications.

Ideal for outdoor cushions, pillows, furniture, seat cushions and seat backs, the liner can be used beneath woven or vinyl upholstery materials. It is suitable for pattern cutting and can be sewn or applied using sonic bonding.
