3B Fabric Liner / BellBloc® 100

The PET fabric liner system is designed to provide a soft touch while protecting the foam insert from external elements. This water-repellent fabric is non-PFAS and shields against mould, mildew, oil, and stains. It offers 25-40% improved moisture repellency compared to the industry standard.

Lightweight and breathable, this liner has minimal strength loss when exposed to UV rays and heat. BellBloc technology reduces foam compression loss, increasing the lifespan of the product. Ideal for outdoor, commercial, and residential use in pillows, furniture, cushions, and seat backs. It can be sewn or attached using sonic bonding and is suitable for patterning.
