The client asked for a cover that fitted the shape of the vessel perfectly and could handle being towed at high speed for multiple hours, without chafing on the gel coat. The cover would also need to keep the UV and weather off of the boat. The customer is fabricating a tight-fitting cover to meet the clients brief, while remaining within budget.

Jetty Plus with its soft touch backing removes all chafe points between the cover and vessel. The strength of Jetty allows the cover to fitted extremely tightly to the boat, utilising ratchet straps inside pockets to tension the cover. This prevents the cover from flapping while being towed, minimising rub points between the cover and gel coat. The ratchet system allows for easy installation and removal of the cover.
