Business Development Manager, someone who tries to marry up a customers needs with a product that we stock whilst ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship with new and existing customers

Thinking back, what was one job that you did really well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?

I try to go the extra mile whenever it’s needed, if there is an issue that arises I will visit the customer as a matter of urgency to address the problem to get the best result ASAP

If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfil your role, what would it be?

There is no quick fix to getting new business with relationship based sales , its a slow deliberate process involving gaining your customers trust in getting the right solution for them

What do you hope to achieve in your role at Ricky Richards?

I hope to continue to achieve sustainable growth within my territory (NSW and SA) and enjoy the interactions with my customers (and Colleagues) for many years to come
