My role here at Ricky is a Purchasing Manager and will looking after all the procurement functions.

I bring 25 years of experience in Procurement from vast industries .
3.Thinking back, what was one job that you did really well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?
I have worked in many organisations and my legacy is very simple , no one is indispensable so pass on your knowledge and have a smart and informed team.
4.If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfil your role, what would it be?
I am very passionate in what I do and am very detail oriented. Don’t like to dwell my precious time on problems as I like to find solutions.
5.What do you hope to achieve in your role at Ricky Richards?
I want understand the current Procurement process here at Ricky and improve to deliver better service to our customers internally and externally.
