1.In words that potential customers, who know nothing about this business will understand, what is your role?

I’m responsible for ensuring the appropriate flow in relation with our four key marketing principles: Communications, Events, Partnerships, and Projects.

 

2.What are your professional strengths in this role?

 Passion for creating catchy and innovate content, as well as being able to build fruitful relationship with different sort of stakeholders.

 

3.Thinking back, what was one job that you did well that you know made a big difference to the results achieved for the customer or your team?

I’ve had the chance to work for non-profits organizations and vulnerable groups in situations such as alcoholism, high-levels of poverty, drugs consumption, and indigenous peoples. Those experiences have been the most rewarding learning in a professional and personal level.

 

4.If there was one thing that you wished people could understand about the way you fulfill your role, what would it be?

 The “extra-mile” is, undoubtedly, present in any aspect of my role.

 

5.What do you hope to achieve in your role at Ricky Richards?

Besides the fact of being a key actor in the continuous Ricky’s brand growth, I do hope to enjoy as much as possible during this new journey.
