We are looking for a part time customer service superstar to job share our Reception position.

The working days and hours for this position are Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Main responsibilities for this position include

  • Manage all incoming calls and greet all visitors in a professional and polite manner
  • Data entry
  • Admin tasks including filing
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist Customer Service department with sales enquiries and data entry where required
  • Provide assistance to all areas of the business

The right person will have

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a clear phone manner
  • Professional presentation
  • Intermediate experience in MS Office
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
