Ricky Richards (Sales) Pty Ltd is an Australian family owned company based in Homebush West. Ricky Richards has been supplying the Australian industry with the highest quality industrial textiles for over 30 years.
We have an opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the right person will be a motivated individual with previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service.

This person will have a great ear for listening, good investigation skills and be passionate about team work. We are looking for a STAR who thrives on providing exceptional customer service.

About the role:
The person will come on board to join a small team of customer service officers to increase the level of customer service in the business.
You will be dealing with customers enquiries over the phone and via email.
The role will also involve data entry and administration. Product training will be provided.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • At least 2 years previous customer service experience
  • An exceptional phone manner
  • The ability to work unsupervised and part of a team
Previous Pronto experience desirable.
This role is a permanent full time role.
